2024 Maple Hill HOA Voter Registration
Dear Maple Hill Homeowners:
The Board of Directors is implementing an electronic voting platform called ElectionBuddy for the 2024 Annual Members Meeting which will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 6pm.
In an effort to be equitable to all homeowner preferences, this voting platform allows for both electronic as well as paper ballots. Additionally, all homeowners have the choice to transfer their vote to another Lot (proxy), if they so desire. From start to finish, the entire process is completely anonymous for security purposes.
Per Covenant 4.2, each Lot (a.k.a. "Address") shall be allocated one (1) vote per ballot. When more than one person holds ownership in any Lot, the vote for such Lot shall be exercised as they among themselves determine. In no event shall more than one vote be cast with respect to any Lot.
Therefore, we need each Lot to register so that we know to which email (and/or physical) address and phone number to send the notifications and ballots. Please register by July 31, 2024.
Please only register your Lot if you are the homeowner (not tenants, please).
Please only submit this form ONCE for each Lot.
If you do not register, then you will automatically receive a paper ballot.
If you own more than one (1) Lot, you will need to submit this form for each Lot that you own.
There will be two (2) different ballots sent out in 2024:
The first ballot will be sent out in early Fall and will be a TEST ballot. The purpose of this ballot is to become familiar with the process (for both homeowners and the Board) of using an electronic platform for official HOA votes. The questions and results are not official and are meant to be a fun way to introduce the process to the neighborhood.
The second ballot will be sent out before the Annual Member's Meeting in December and will be the OFFICIAL ballot.
