Get your pool key validated (or request a pool key if your household does not have one), as pool keys will be strictly enforced this year.

Be sure to sign and return a 2024 waiver to the Board (even if you have previously signed one for a past year).

2024 Pool Rules

  • The pool is private property for the use by Maple Hill residents or tenants. Guests are welcome but must be accompanied by a homeowner. Trespassing will not be tolerated. We have security cameras. 

    • Guests are limited to 4 per household.

  • Treat the lifeguards with respect at all times. 

  •  Swim at your own risk at all times. 

    • Be aware there may be times of use when there are no lifeguards on duty.

  • No running, diving, dunking or other rough behavior. 

  • Any person who does not have sufficient swimming skills to swim independently must be accompanied by a person with such skills.

    • Non-Swimmers must have a guardian within an arm's reach in the water with them at all times.

  • No breath holding activities.

  • If you would like to be able to swim without an adult present, please ask a lifeguard to perform a swim test with you

  • A pool card is required for entry at all times. 

    • Homeowners may request a pool card from the Board. 

    • Key cards must be registered for the 2024 season to be activated. 

    • Key cards are only active for open swim hours (unless you have requested lap swim, signed up for swim lessons or the swim team, or have reserved the pool for a private party).  

    • The pool is not open 24x7. 

      • A 2024 waiver of liability and release form must be on file for your household in order for your key card to be activated. 

  • All persons must check in with a lifeguard upon entry during open swim hours.

  • Keep the gates closed. 

    • Only enter and exit through the main gate. 

    • Do not open the gate for others or leave the gate open. 

  • Pool toys and flotation devices will be permitted at the lifeguard’s discretion.

  • No food or drink within 5' of the pool. No glass containers. 

  • No alcoholic beverages, smoking, or vaping. 

  • Service animals are welcome. Pets are prohibited. 

  • Waterproof swim diapers are required for all incontinent wimmers.  

  • All trash must be placed in the trash or recycle bins prior to leaving. 

  • The lifeguards are in charge. Follow their instructions or lose pool access.

2024 Pool Hours

Please note: the hours vary throughout the summer. 

Open Swim Hours 

  • Regular weekday hours: 11 AM - 8 PM (except where noted below)

  • Regular weekend hours: 10 AM - 8 PM (except where noted below) 

  • Opening Day: Saturday, May 25: 10 AM - 8 PM 

  • Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day): 10 AM - 8 PM 

  • School Days (May 28-29 & August 15-30): 4:30-8 pm 

  • Thursday, July 4th: 10 AM - 5 PM 

  • Closing Day: Monday, September 5 (Labor Day): 10AM - 8 PM 

Lap Swim and Sun Bathing (18+ older) 

  • Weekdays & weekends (Monday through Sunday): 6 AM - 9 AM 

  • No guard present. Swim at your own risk. 

  • Please keep the gate closed after entry and when leaving the pool.

Pool Parties

To place a Pool Party Reservation Request, please click here

  • A minimum of two Lifeguards are required for all party events. The cost is $30 per lifeguard per hour payable to Splash. 

  • There is a $50 damage deposit required for all pool party events and you may only have a maximum of 25 people at a pool party event.

  • If your request is approved, please pay for your lifeguards and deposit by clicking here

  • A party contract and agreement will need to be signed at least 10 days in advance. 

Parties are only allowed during regular open swim hours. No parties ever after open swim close time.
