  • The HOA lost the contract with Gallegos when Republic Services (RS) bought them out and the City of Fort Collins awarded RS with the contract for the entire.

    Our dues did go DOWN from $67/mo to $53.54/mo when the HOA stopped paying for the trash services in the neighborhood.
