To request a variance, please have a professional color expert approve your color scheme in writing. This should include contact information for the color professional.

1. There is a very remote possibility that this information is in your file, Contact the Board to see if they have the historical record.

2. Contact the DRC to request them to come out and use their color matching tool + app.

3. If you have already chosen a paint vendor, ask them to perform the color matching for you.

1. Paint 2'x2' samples on your garage. Photos of these samples should be included in your "Before" photos when you submit your application.

2. Submit an application to the Design Review Committee (DRC). If you are not choosing a pre-approved color scheme be sure to upload the written approval from your color expert.

   >> If you selected a pre-approved color scheme, then the DRC approval is automatic.

   >> If you are requesting a variance, the DRC can take up to 30 days to approve your application - but they usually make a decision within 7 days.

3. After receiving written approval from the DRC, schedule your project with your selected vendor.
