  • Worked with Compost Queen to setup a 10% discount code in the neighborhood

  • Interviewed and onboarded a new association Lawyer

  • Worked with the new Lawyer on an updated pool waiver

  • Supported the Design Review Committee (DRC) in their first meeting

    • Assisted with the process for first few design review applications

  • Supported the Social & Welcoming Committee in their first meeting

    • Assisted with the planning of the “Welcome to Summer!” week of events

    • Began helping to organize the welcome baskets for new homeowners

  • Supported the Natural Area & Landscaping Committee in their first meeting

    • Assisted with brainstorming ways to encourage people to stay on the designated path in the Natural Area

    • Scheduled regular clean up days in the neighborhood throughout 2024

    • Discussed a possible community garden

    • Set up the Yard of the Month contest

  • Decorated and maintained the information in the bulletin board

  • Scheduled the masonry and fence repair reserve project with Mountain Streams for May
