• Replaced hinge mechanism on the pool gate

• Created & distributed the August newsletter

• Created & distributed the agenda for the September 4, 2024 Board meeting

• Continued partnering with the landscaping team and professional consultants regarding well issues and solutions

• Prepared & sent the first test ballot using the new voting platform

• Continued progress on the scanning project

• Worked with volunteer homeowners to plan the writing for 2 natural area grants
