  • Created & distributed the October newsletter

  • In partnership with a homeowner volunteer, finalized seed bump petition for Thoreau

  • Finished & distributed the 2025 Budget along with a narrative

  • Drafted and tested the 2024 Annual Meeting Ballot

  • Planned the November 6th Board meeting and distributed the agenda

  • Held the annual Maple Hill Marketplace event in Crescent Park

  • Worked with a Maple Hill resident to put up informative stormwater signs regarding dog waste

  • Created a spreadsheet of all historical changes to the DRC Guidelines

  • Facilitated the installation of a drinking fountain at the pool and an exhaust fan in the lifeguard room

  • Hired a new landscaping vendor for the 2025 season
