  • Hosted and held the Fall Board meeting

  • Compiled 2024 pool season statistics

  • Created & distributed the September newsletter

  • Continued partnering with the landscaping team, CCG and professional consultants regarding well issues and solutions

  • Distributed the first test ballot using the new voting platform

  • Finished the scanning project!

  • Worked with CCG to begin drafting the 2025 budget

  • Held a “Brunch with the Board” event for homeowner budget training

  • Worked with Maple Hill volunteers to spruce up the monument signs

  • Began planning for the November 6th Board meeting and the Annual Members’ Meeting
