2024 Maple Hill HOA Voter Registration

Per Covenant 4.2, each Lot (a.k.a. "Address") shall be allocated one (1) vote per ballot. When more than one person holds ownership in any Lot, the vote for such Lot shall be exercised as they among themselves determine. In no event shall more than one vote be cast with respect to any Lot.

Therefore, we need each Lot to register so that we know to which email (and/or physical) address and phone number to send the notifications and ballots.

Please only register your Lot if you are the homeowner (no tenants, please).
Please only submit this form ONCE for each Lot.
If you do not register, then you will automatically receive a paper ballot.
If you own more than one (1) Lot, you will need to submit this form for each Lot that you own.
