Board Report: May 2024

  • began scanning all of the boxes of documents at CCG

  • partnered with the Social & Welcoming Committee to plan and execute the “Welcome to Summer” week of events

  • worked with Splash to get the pool ready for opening day

    • ordered & hung “swim at your own risk” signs

    • put up the red umbrellas

    • set up key activation & waiver process

  • walked the property as a Board to identify landscaping issues

  • requested the City to place grates on the tunnels in the Natural Area (project expected to be completed by Fall 2024)

  • continued to prep the beta testing of the electronic voting platform

  • moved the conduit housing for the card reader inside of the pool gate

  • researched and prepared proposals for the HOA CD that renews in August

  • drafted new violation notices

  • began drafting paint oxidation & concrete letter to go out to all homeowners
